Mô tả công việc

• Total 2 person
• Co-ordinate with freight forwarder, shipping agency and suppliers’ person in charge in order to facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
• Prepare shipping paperwork as required (i.e. Commercial invoice, Packing list)
• Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
• Receives products and coordinates delivery.
• Takes steps to avoid quality control issues
• File insurance claims for losses as required
• Continually reviews freight cost, transportation rates to keep cost down where possible
• Streamlines shipping and transportation processes
• Reviews all shipping labels and packaging to ensure that they meet federal regulations
• Ensures that all orders are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Addresses and resolves any issues with delayed shipments.
• Maintains and manages delivery schedule
• Ensures that all shipping and ordering deadlines are met.
• Ensure the expenses allocation is corrected in the system.
• Reports any problem, issues, and losses to supervisor/manager
• Any tasks related to operation department job scope assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Vietnamese Nationality with Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping/logistics with exposure to international shipments or similar role is advantage
• Knowledge of shipping term as well as ocean freight operations
• Knowledge of cross border transportation will be an advantage
• Detail oriented, pro-active and organized
• Good command in English both verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
• Ability to coordinate multiple schedules
• Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Able to work collaboratively with others
