Responsibilities

Challenge existing and new law/ practices on countries
Drive and execute compliance risk assessment of checking the client's background
Provide compliance inputs and constructive challenge to the relevant stakeholders
Keep track and maintain knowledge base in outsourcing related regulatory requirements
Support formulation and implementation of policy and procedure
Manage related regulatory inquiries and examinations as required.
Plan and deliver briefing or training on compliance or regulatory requirements
Identify issues/ potential compliance issues and regulatory breaches. Timely escalate to Manager and Team Leaders.
Settle of disputes with clients that arise

Bachelor's degree in Law
At least 1 year of working experience in relevant positions in International Law
Fluent in English
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Good computer skills
Location: 21, Street No.6, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, HCMC
Working hours: (7h/day): Monday - Friday (9:00 - 17:30)

How to apply

Salary Range: 8.000.000 - 13.000.000
Salary review: 2 times/year
13th month salary
