Mô tả công việc
1. Receive customer orders, update master file and input the order into the mainframe computer system.
2. Assist Customer service when necessary to communicate delivery dates to customer.
3. Maintain Customer date within the mainframe computer system, including product codes and product prices etc for specific customers.
4. Answer telephone call and assisting customers with enquires.
5. Maintain and keep files and documents in tidy and order.
6. Assist in carrying out various administrative activitites; reviews and controls procurements activities.
7. Coordinate closely with sales team to fulfill customers requirements.
8. Follow up with relevant internal and external departments to ensure shipments delivered to customers as scheduled.
9. Handling goods receiving and distributing.
10. Other tasks assigned by direct line manager and GD.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Good inter-personnel & communication skills.
2. Strong customer oriented mindset.
3. Good at Microsoft office competence.
4. Good numbers.
5. Honest, diligent and able to work under pressure.
6. Team work.
7. At least 1 years experience in the relevant role.
Phúc lợi công việc
1. Salary: 8 - 12 million dong/month.
