Mô tả công việc
- Warmly welcome all customers, visitors
- Handle all phone calls to office
- Handle all correspondence in/out office
- Arrange meeting rooms for office staff
- Handle some properties of the company such as projectors, water dispensers …
- Support other departments with some works relating to administration
- Setup and coordinate meetings, conferences, events relating to administration department
- Proactively perform general administration duties consists of photocopying, faxing, mailing and filling
- Professionally translate documents and requested
- File and record all documents as requested
- Control administrative expense and report to Administration Manager as requested
- Prepare for staff business trip, both domestic and abroad: air tickets, pick-up vehicles, hotel reservation, traveling insurance…
- Other relating works assigned by Head of Department

- University graduate
- Good English commands (First priority).
- Good-looking
- Good attitude, trustful
- Microsoft Office
* Workplace: Phan Van Truong, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
* Working time: 8.30 to 17.30 (From Monday to Friday
