Mô tả công việc

“Quality Controller” monitors aspects of product quality, capacity, and correct SKU to match the quantity of SO/FOC/POSM based on the company’s promotional campaigns, ensuring readiness for delivery to customers. Manages goods by location, batch number, etc.
Carry out quality assessment measures of all products ready to be shipped, both in terms of quality and quantity.
Conduct thorough checks on shipper routes, ready stocks, and documents to ensure stock matches documentation.
Be present and count commodities during truck loading and unloading. Maintain a tally sheet and a random measurement sheet for all commodities being loaded or offloaded from the warehouse.
Recheck quality-related issues, ensuring compliance with deadlines and expiry date stocks.
Perform goods inspection when discrepancies are found during periodic stocktakes.
Guide the Warehouse Association team on storage issues to improve product quality.
Report daily activities and any urgent issues to the Warehouse Leader to avoid risks and to monitor customer satisfaction levels.
Complete ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Warehouse Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

College or university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of quality control standards and warehouse operations.
At least 2 year of experience in warehouse operations or quality control is preferred.
Familiarity with inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in checking product quality.
Able to use inspection tools such as scales, measuring tapes, barcode scanners, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or warehouse management software such as SAP.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Honest, responsible, and meticulous.
Able to work under pressure, especially during peak periods.
Willing to work flexible hours if required by the warehouse manager.
