The Marketing Manager (Brand & Creative) is responsible for the creative strategies & direction of marketing plan, marketing material & marketing campaign. Supervise the works of copywriter, designers & digital team. Evaluate & ensure the quality of creative content for new products & exiting products reach the highest targeted customer pools:
* Creative & Campaign Strategy: (60%)
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments to promote I Can Read main course, ESP, Online ICR
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
• Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
• Create, design sales kit, partnership vouchers to support center & Key Account Manager.
• Partnering with marketing digital Manager to prepare the marketing budget on an annual basis and monitor ROI by allocating funds using professional judgement
Brand Marketing Operations: (30%)
• Implement marketing strategy from idea to execution, including: branding event, sales promotion, OOH Media, PR & TV network.
• Create new campaign for public, such as: Back2School, Writing contest, Photo contest to get more interaction with public.
• Ensure Brand Identity on all channels, from centers’ signboard to digital platform
* Other tasks as required by Managing Director: (10%)
• Support to manage the team members to fulfill marketing strategies
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals, including ROI, budget and others.
• Analyse consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor of Marketing/PR/Communication or related fields.
• Education, Service industry working background is preferable
• 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing creativity
• Minimum 2 year experience in management
• Excellent in communication and presentation skills, especially in negotiation.
• Good team player
• Good project management skills
• Fluency in English (verbal and written communication) to work with Headquarter in Singapore and Academic team.
• Strong leadership skill
• Prefer talent with Digital knowledge and Copywriting skill.
