  • Identify and research local market for B2C business.
  • Build, develop and maintain good relationship with MT retailers.
  • Scheduling to visit key markets to evaluate operations and providing supervision and leadership to field sales force.
  • Reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rates.
  • Coordinating in executing promotion, launching new product and sales support programs.
  • Develop new MT business strategy and connect to managers to make it good current business
  • Update information of markets and competitor and report to Manager
  • Archive reports and record the market visits.
  • Be representative for company to solve feedback of customers / distributors within the assigned areas.
  • Cooperate with the designers in planning product advertisement
  • Liaise with the related departments and suppliers on all product and commercial issues and track delivery.
  • Provide customer satisfaction by handling well routine work, servicing requirement and problem solving.
  • Monitor field, market information, market trend, trade development, competitors' activities.
  • Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed the targets.
  • Participate in sales meeting with ideas to strengthen sales force and to gain more business for company.
  • Prepare daily report, weekly sales call report, monthly report and visit report.
  • Do other jobs assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • University degree in related field
  • At least 2 years sales experience in MT sales or/and E-commerce sector
  • Have good knowledge about Sales and Marketing
  • Preferred experience with supermarkets (Co.opmart, AEON,…) or/and online platforms (Lazada, Adayroi, Sendo, Tiki, ...)
  • Smart working, outgoing, sales-driven
  • Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English
