Mô tả công việc
- Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the organization and propose strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.
- Provide legal advice on new business model or special issue; Detect and advise to prevent legal risks arising during operations and activities of the company.
- Monitor and track regulatory news and developments, analyze their impact on the industry & business of company to support management’s decision relating to company business and legal compliance.
- Build up legal and commercial framework, draft legal documents/agreements/contracts/minutes in High Standard and in bilingual (English and Vietnamese); complete necessary arrangements to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations within the concerned jurisdictions and protect the company’s interest;
- Prepare and submit documents related to investment, establish/modify the branch/business location, registration of intellectual property, corporate legal, …
- Liaising with the competent authorities and many internal functional departments to complete assigned tasks.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Legal Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate from University of Law, University of Economics and Law;
- From 03 to 05 years of working experience (E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Merchants, law firm experience is preferable).
- Good verbal and written communication skill; in writing, directly & on telephone.
- Good command of written English is required.
- Present a good knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations applicable to business/retail/e-commerce field;
- Have an ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks and provide practical and constructive advices in a business environment;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, time management.
- Ability to work independently, proactive, services mindset under high pressure.
- Hardworking, teamwork & result-oriented;
