- Apply new business based on the regulation
- Following-up and updating the regulations in relation to securities and financial areas.
- Reading and studying the relevant regulations for preparing the legal update and inform the key contents to all division heads and guide the implementation.
- Build up internal operation mechanism (SOP, legal compliance, operation validating)
- Support special projects related to business strategies making and information consolidating.
- Consultancy on preparation of legal documents, participation in the settlement/litigation handling of disputes on rights and interests between the Company and partners and employees.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree, major in law.
- Licensed to practice law in Vietnam is preferred.
- More than 2 years of legal experience in corporate law.
- Having experience in securities industry fields is an advantage.
- Specific Knowledge, Skills and other Competencies (if any).
- Strong analytical, Negotiation and Presentation skills.
- English language, both written and verbal.
- Good ability of risk analyzing, problem solving and solid judgment.
- Be mature, Proactive and Professional.
- High sense of responsibility.
