MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carrying out and providing legal briefing and legal research on Vietnamese laws, legal procedures aspects in various legal issues;
- Drafting and preparing various types of legal documents;
- Submitting dossier to and liaising with competent authorities;
- Translating legal documents from Vietnamese into English and vice versa;
- Assisting lawyers, partners and associates of the Firm on matters arising from day-to-day operation;
- Coordinating with other internal departments to resolve client’s issues;
- Other tasks under instruction of lawyers, partners and associates of the Firm.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
QUALIFICATION
- Holding LLB from or being a Sophomore/ Junior/ Senior of a top local law university.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Good command of verbal and written English and Vietnamese;
- Logical mindset and legal analysis skills;
- Proficient with MS Office;
- Capacity to work under high pressure;
- Proactively involving business development and knowledge management.
Working location: Suite 501, 5th floor, Transimex Building, 172 Hai Ba Trung, Da Kao ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
