- We’re looking for a Legal Intern to accomplish tasks such as doing research, handling paperwork, helping attorneys with projects, and learning about daily affairs in the legal field.
- Help draft and edit the contract templates
- Conduct training, perform legal research as needed, and support smaller projects as requested by the lawyers responsible for providing legal support
- Organize legal memoranda and correspondence
- Research documents and publications for details that would establish evidence.
- Proof documents and submitted them to attorneys for review
- Observe and participate in meetings
- Identify key risk areas in a contract
Yêu cầu công việc
- Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
