Mô tả công việc
- Provide timely legal advice focus on real-estate, investment, commercial and corporate laws….
- Provide legal support in relation to negotiations and to the legal implications of all strategic business decisions and assisting with the implementation of those decisions
- Advise the company on legal issues and provide solutions or corrective actions to the problem.
- Identify and evaluate legal risk in projects
- Coordinate & monitor third party legal provider
- Create relations of trust with state authorities (Department of Industry and Trade
- Department of Planning and Investment, etc.)
- Review, draft and solidify agreements, contracts (including but not limited to all LOI
- MOU, agreements and other related legal documentation…) to ensure the company’s full legal rights
- Conduct and advise the necessary application/submission to the relevant authority but not limited to licensing requirements or corporate governance.
- Meet all other assignments as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Being honesty and integrity
- Good in English and native Vietnamese.
- Having a practicing law card is preferable
- Able to work in a team
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in contacting and working with state departments
- Stress tolerance: able to manage a large workload and deliver
- Minimum 3 years of related experience, prior experience in retail is preferable.
