Our client: A Japanese joint venture specialized in design, engineering, and construction
Position: Legal Executive
Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh city
Working hour: Monday - Friday, 08:30 ~ 17:30
Responsibilities
- Check the legal document such as Law, Land registration ( Red Book), Business license, Contract, etc...
- Comment and give the correct instruction to other department such as construction department, Contract Section...
- Deal with tasks relevant to main major construction and civil work.
- Solve disputes with clients, subcontractor or others (if any).
- Understand the law and code of land, construction and transport and permit (construction, Transport, Infrastructure, Electricity, Environment, etc…)
Yêu cầu công việc
- Legal experience in the construction field or civil work.
- Bachelor degree of Law- Legal fields.
- Perfect English for the Legal and construction terms.
Phúc lợi công việc
- Salary: ~ 1500 USD (Gross)
- Full social insurance and income tax according to Vietnam Labor Law
- Paid holiday; 13th month salary; salary review once a year
