Legal Executive
Mô tả công việc
To perform the work under the supervision of the Contract manager, including but not limiting to overseas the legal aspects of our business, ensure the company strictly follows the Group’s Compliant, Local Laws, and give legal advice to the management and clients about the relevant issues.
* Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements, briefs, notices, correspondence, order, reports and other legal forms from internal parties or external parties, including government and third parties for the final review of the contract manager.
* Check documents or papers for compliance and correction.
* Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issue.
* Work with relationship officers on client’s management, documentations including drafting of Contract Agreements for al our sites and projects.
* Draft and solidity agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s fully legal rights.
* Support the Company’s bad debt handling activities through:
- Responsible for recovering bad debts from customers through litigation measures, lawsuits and/or other legal tools in accordance with Vietnamese law
- Represent the Company in the process of working with authorities such as Police, Civil Court, Commercial Arbitration, Judgment Enforcement Agency... related to debt collection.
* Perform other tasks as assignment by the Contract Manager and Management of VSL VIETNAM.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduation, major in Law and Legal
- At least 3 years of law and legal experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Good at negotiation skill and problem solving.
- Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Willing to travel.
