About the role
As the Counsel, Legal at KKday Hong Kong, you will be responsible for:
● Provide legal advices on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters to support business
● Assess and manage legal and compliance risks
● Monitor legislative and regulatory changes
● Assist group legal team on policy implementation and legal compliance in all functional areas

To be successful in this role, you must:
● Able to identify and foreseen the potential issues might impact on KKday business
● Solid legal expertise to provide sound solutions to business matters
● Able to collaborate with both internal and external team stakeholders to support business objectives

Job Responsibilities
Local legal Support
• Provide legal advices on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters to support business
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and filing various agreements and documents
• Market access and local business development matters
• Regulatory compliance matters
• Customer complaint and dispute management
• Corporate governance
• sTransactional activities

Group legal support
● Assist in drafting, reviewing, developing and implementing internal policies, guidelines and procedures
● Provide strategic legal, compliance and business advice in all functional areas

Others
● Assess and manage legal and compliance risks on the impact to KKday business, activities and strategies.
● Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, provide analysis to stakeholders on the potential impact to KKday business, and advise sound solutions

Yêu cầu công việc

● Degree of Law
● Minimum 3 years of working experience in reputable law firms and/or in multinational corporations.
● Possesses solid legal expertise, local regulatory knowledge as well as sound business sense.
● Has the ability to identify and analyze complex issues and provide practical solutions.
● Has the ability to independently and efficiently handle and manage tasks and projects.
● Proactive working attitude and good communication skills to work with legal, business and relevant stakeholders in different functions and jurisdictions.
● Fluent in the local language, English and/or Chinese.
