Legal Assistant (Work In The Legal Affairs Section)
Mô tả công việc
- Verifying the several kinds of contracts (purchase sales contract, technical service contract, lease contract, disclosure agreement,...);
- Preparing the legal docs for issuance of the investment registration certificate (IRC), the Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC) and the others;
- The other tasks under assignment of the supervising manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Have a bachelor's degree in Law;
- Have a minimum of 01 year of working experience for law firm or in-house.
- Language requirement: good at English or Chinese language.
