INVESTOR RELATIONS MANAGEMENT:

  • Work on the capital market deals to raise funds for corporate from equity & debt investors and banks (onshore and offshore).
  • Running the deal process including term-sheet, due diligence, documentation execution, and post-closing management.
  • To support the investor make informed decisions in their actions regarding the company’s equity by providing up-to-date information about the company’s operations, financial statements to current and potential shareholders, as well as third-party equity research analysts.
  • Be responsible for forwarding input from significant stakeholders of the company to management. During times of crisis (financial or otherwise), the IR Manager will advise management with a goal to preserve the company’s relationship with the company’s investors, as well as to mitigate any damage to share prices.
  • Organize events and conferences involving promoting investment for the company.
  • Serve as a point of contact with the investors, engage in all investor relations activities including investor calls and meetings, fund inquiries at general meetings.
  • Explore and maintain a good understanding of the shareholder database to facilitate fundraising.
  • Coordinate in preparing fund reports/presentations and other communication materials at conferences, investor meetings.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT:

  • Form and consult BOM/BOD about the Pharmacity’s ECO System.
  • Be responsible for developing corporate strategies to increase revenue for our pharmacy and healthcare business, through strategic initiatives or cultivating and maintaining relationships among strategic (or sell-side) business partners.
  • Forecast and drive new business with responsibility for quarterly and annual revenue achievement.
  • Gain a deep understanding of partner goals, strategy, and areas of synergy to develop mutually beneficial strategies.
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers at national and local levels representing provider and health plan organizations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities including management of full sales cycle through inception, implementation, and launch.
  • Manage day-to-day interaction and new initiative discovery in coordination with internal stakeholders such as professional services, marketing, product, clinical, and engineering to ensure internal alignment.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, internally and externally, to develop new initiatives including solutions, dependencies, workstream, and milestone identification.
  • Support and collaborate with strategic partnership leaders and executive sponsors to achieve desired annual revenue targets.
  • Work with product, marketing, and engagement teams to prepare presentations and related client-facing documents, oftentimes newly developed and unique to the partnership.
  • Other tasks are assigned by CFO.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Economics, or related fields.
  • Theoretical knowledge/understanding: good knowledge in finance, economics, accounting;
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA/CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus;
  • Experience working in the pharmacy, retail, or healthcare sectors is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a varied audience both verbally and in writing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • 3+ years of experience in Investor Relationship Manager position or equivalent (Retail industry is a plus).
  • 5+ more years of experience in corporate development & strategy, strategic partnership, strategic business planning, or in a related area.
