RESPONSIBILITIES:
In aligned with business strategy, the job-holder will be responsible for establishing Human Resources (HR) management & organization strategy, implementing and reviewing initiatives and ensuring operational excellence, including as follows:
• Set up HR annual strategy and mid-term strategy
• Manage all spectrum of HR operation such as: recruitment, learning & development, performance management, payroll, etc., with HR department 's members, monitor and report to related stakeholders
• Work with management and trade union, support and advise them
• Monitor and enhance employee engagement by organizational development initiatives
• Lead change management of HR projects and improvement activities
• Train and develop HR department members and enhance presence by providing value to business outcome
• Be a point of contact in Panasonic HR organizations
• Other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

• University Graduate;
• Fluent English proficiency;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in HR management;
• HR experience > 10 years (experience in manufacturing company is preferred)
• HR related degrees, HR certificates or equivalent sound knowledge of HR management
• Firm knowledge of labor code and related regulations
• Business acumen
• Willingness to hands-on management
• Outstanding communication skill and motivating, coaching and facilitating skill
• Excellent logical thinking and problem solving
• Cultural tolerance, adoptability, flexibility and learning agility
• Proficient with MS Office
WORK LOCATION
• Refrigerator Factory: Plot B-6, Thang Long Industrial Park I, Dong Anh, Hanoi
• The branch of Panasonic Appliances Vietnam in Hung Yen : Washing Machine Factory - Plot G2, Thang Long Industrial Park II, Yen My, Hung Yen
• Willingness to travel frequently between head office & the branch on business requirement weekly, and overseas business trip (1~2 times per year)
