1. Recruitment:
- Incharge for recruitment process: collecting recruitment request, internal/external posting to employment agencies or recruitment web page advertisements.
- Screen, shortlist candidate's resume and organize for Interview.
- Incharge for sending invitation/ offer letter.
- Recruitment fee payment, reporting, analysis and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
- Develop Recruitment Network (Headhunt, Labor Supply…)
- Preparing Work Permit for expatriates.
2. Attendance Administration:
- Incharge daily, weekly, monthly timesheet record for salary calculation.
- Follow & prepare monthly Attendance, Overtime, Manpower report, Annual leave managing.
- Reconcile attendance record both in HR sofware and/or manual to ensure correct data.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- Knowledge: Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Human Resources academy
- Skill: Proficiency in interpersonal communication, Microsoft Office , English.
- Experience: At least 2 years experience in HR job.
- Others: Ability to co- ordinate with team members, self- motivated, proactive, accurate.
