HR-related duties:
- HR management (HR policy; staff evaluation; in-house training planning; HRM process evaluation and innovation; resignation and termination handling);
- Compensation and benefit (C&B), payroll administration;
- Recruitment (CV screening- short-listing, interview and test arrangement, job offer and labour contract arrangement).
General affairs and administration duties:
- To manage and supervise in the usage of Company’s Inventory and Office equipment management;
- To prepare of employee’s annual leave, medical/hospital reimbursement.
- Also other secretarial task required by the Company.
- To supervise the General Affairs duties.
- To supervise the Company’s documentations (especially the validity of the documents)
- To supervise the orderliness of Office administration.
- Legal procedures for foreign invested company (registration, licensing);
- Legal/immigration/WP and TRC application procedure for foreign staffs;
- Logistic arrangement and support;
- Office renting;
- Assist with import-export procedures;
- Assist with purchasing and procurement;
- English- Vietnamese translation and interpretation support (technical document, brochure/ catalogue, website content, shipping document, internal standard procedures, HR policy);
- Other duties as assigned by the management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduated (good legal awareness is preferable);
- A positive, “can-do” service-oriented attitude;
- Able to respond quickly and flexibly to queries and requests for assistance;
- Able to adapt under changing situations and variable workloads;
- At least 2 years of experience working in an administrative role and human resources management; import-export or purchasing experience is preferable;
- Strong MS office skills;
- Able to communicate with third parties with tact and discretion;
- Able to recognize the degree of confidentiality required and respond appropriately;
- Accurate, with close attention to details;
- Methodical and well-organized;
- Able to work independently without close supervision;
- Able to prioritize work and to meet deadlines;
- Fluent Vietnamese and English.
