General Description
An internal consultant. This position is conservant not only in policy development, compensation, regulatory issues and recruitment but also be able to take on the perspective of the other business leaders. HRBPs' initiatives aligned with driving needs of the business
Specific Accountabilities
Business Partner
• Provide consultative support, advice and solutions on all people related subjects to meet business operation requirement
• Manage union and employee relations for employee insight engagement improvement and compliance with Schenker Policy
• Ensure compliance with all pertinent HR-related to group and local policies and legislation
• Leverage the use of tools / knowledge / informational sources to identify business trends and ensure appropriate HR solutions are in place to support the business
• Involving in change management with-in region(s) or function(s) in line with business priorities, goals and initiaties
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Management
• Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts of future talent needs
• Update information inRecruitment Dashboard and reports to track team performance and identify areas of improvement
• Managing full-cycle recruiting for staffs under Manager level, provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals
• Evaluate Outsource Labor performance based on KPIs set
Payroll & Data Management
• Ensure data are capture fully and accurately, confidentiality and compliance are strictly adhered to.
• Strictly follow the standard process and procedure for Data to continuosly improve productivity and effeciency
• Implement the capturing on HR system for new hires, and leaving.
• Update & maintain employee details into the HR system weekly as and when updates are received (transfer/promotion, salary adjustment, change of job title, staff movement, etc.)
• Amend and upload employee’s attendance records (Timesheet) and all leaves into the system
• Resolve employee queries and provide the advise regarding HR & Payroll
Staffing
• "Prepare documents on employee or manager requests in relation to new hires and employees (i.e. promotion, demotion, offer letter, documents for termination purpose, certificates etc.) ensuring high standard quality and timeliness criteria are always met.
• Update, maintain and manage employee’s files and HR data as well as compile & distribute HR information
• Follow up probation evaluations, labor contracts, follow up labor contract renewal evaluations, within required timeframe
• Facilitate new employee orientation program pertaining HR & Payroll process & policy
HR Projects
• Report information timely to Project Leaders

· Diploma in Human Resource Management would be advantageous
