Mô tả công việc
• Set up target/ strategy to make wage – bonus – benefit policy by survey and analysis labor market with consultant or specific system.
• Survey labor – wage – benefit. Analyze survey report and make propose to change wage – bonus – benefit structure.
• “Target and implementation strategy” is showed through by building annual wage – bonus – benefit policy which is helped to build annual budget planning.
• Building and propose salary scale for each level in company.
• Based on the degree of working completion, making propose a bonus structure/ review annual salary for each area (individual, level, function section …)
• Manage payroll: Co-ordinate with staff of other section to summarize working day to calculate salary/ bonus monthly and personnel income tax report.
• Calculate salary/ bonus monthly, approved by manager and transfer money.
• Making labor report following the request of management agencies at local labor.
• Issue decision related to wage, benefit (resign, retire, sick leave, accident…)
• Making all activity related to insurance for employee (social insurance’s book, payment for benefit, unemployment insurance … )
Yêu cầu công việc
- Female
- Graduated college/ university
- At least 1 year experience in SI, UI, HI
- Have experience in Japanese factory is an advantage
- Smart, fast action, carefully and can work in high acuracy
- Communicate by English
