1. Recruitment:
- Deliver full recruitment services including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employee offers,
- Build strong relationships with local organizations, recruitment agencies, education organizations,
- Continuously reviewing and building an effective recruitment process.
2. C&B:
- Responsible for payroll, compensation and benefits for all employees in a timely and accurate manner,
- Coordinate and following up on SI, HI, UI,
- Prepare required documents, payments for resigned employees.
- Develop and adjust all policies / procedures / regulations related to theCompany's business
- Updating regulations, legal policies on salary, social insurance, personalincome tax and information to employees
- Managing the entire HR process for C&B (time attendance, job acceptance,contract, salary calculation, ...)
- Legal consultancy: makes sure the legal documents related to company business is up to date; coordinate with lawyer/agencies for consultancy if required.
3. Training & People Development:
- Conduct Orientation for new employees,
- Work with other Department head to identify performance gaps and implement training solutions to maximize performance.
- Manage employee appraisal process
4. Office Administration, External relation & house-keeping:
- Liaison with government agencies, lawyers, agencies for relevant businesslicenses, reports or requirements.
- Build relationship with government agencies (VSIP Management Board,Industrial & Trade Department, Food Safety Department, Fire Fighting &Environment Departments, etc.) and business partners
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Yêu cầu công việc

- Preferably minimum 3 years working experiences in HR, particularly in recruitment
- Good management skills and passion for consumer products
- Ability to build and develop good relation with employees at all level
- Speaking and writing English is necessary.
