Position Summary
• Be responsible for setting target and strategy of functions related to insurance for employee
• Be responsible for setting target and strategy of functions related to Recruitment
Insurance and Compensation:
• Set up target/ strategy to make wage – bonus – benefit policy by survey and analysis labor market with consultant or specific system.
• “Target and implementation strategy” is showed through by building annual wage – bonus – benefit policy which is helped to build annual budget planning.
• Building and propose salary scale for each level in company.
• Manage payroll: Co-ordinate with staff of other section to summarize working day to calculate salary/ bonus monthly and personnel income tax report.
• Making labor report following the request of management agencies at local labor.
• Issue decision related to wage, benefit (resign, retire, sick leave, accident…)
• Making all activity related to insurance for employee (social insurance’s book, payment for benefit, unemployment insurance … )
Recruitment:
• Co-ordinate with local head to set up recruitment demand through evaluation job target of section. Based on “recruitment demand”, making plan to get demand about time and recruitment quality for section that has demand.
• Co-ordinate with recruitment consultant to post job or supply list of candidates.
• Checking list of candidates directly and making plan to interview and inform to HR Manager.
• Join in interview and exchange recruitment information/ result for candidates and related section.
• Orientation training for new employee.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Have Knowledge about wage of government and wage – bonus policies of company.
• Have knowledge about insurance for employee (social insurance’s book, payment for benefit, unemployment insurance … )
• Planning and Organization Skill ; Training Skill
• Using Microsoft office fluently (excel – word – power point)
