Mô tả công việc

1. Recruitment
• Keep updated about recruiting demand and plan recruitment
• Manage Job Advertisement on career websites, social media to attract candidates.
• Keep close relationship with University, Career Service in city.
• Manage existing candidate database to exploit for future positions.
• Work with University for internship position.
2. Payroll
• Process monthly payroll data (working time, overtimes…) for employees and freelancers to ensure they are timely, accurate and compliant with legal regulations and company procedures.
• Support foreigners in creating Bank Account to receive their salary
• Work with the Bank for monthly salary payment.
• Manage increasing and decreasing report for new – hire cases, adjust salary, resignation cases and unpaid-leave cases.
3. Employee Relations Department
• Make Labor Report (Foreigner) quarterly and apply it to Department of Labors, Invalids and Social Affairs.
• Make Labor Report (Vietnamese) quarterly and apply it to Chamber of Labors, Invalids and Social Affairs.
• Make labor status report to Career Center every month
4. Training & Development
• Prepare and order educational aids and materials
• Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
5. Other
• Handle annual health check program.
• Support HR events: team building, birthday party,…
• Perform other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or above,
2. Seniority & Experience: More than 3 years of working in electronic factory payroll management
3. Major: Business/Management related departments
4. Fluent English, Chinese is advantage.
