Mô tả công việc

• Make the recruitment plan under Company’s headcount plan and approved department requisition.
• Manage and update the candidate database;
• Welcome successful candidates and conduct orientation for new employees;
• Issue and collect the probation appraisal for contract signing or terminating;
• Propose and execute annual internship program;
• Do other tasks assigned by superiors;
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
• Identify and revise training and development needs within the facility through job analysis, appraisal schemes, regular consultation with Line managers/ Plant manager and the business changes;
• Develop effective orientation/ timeout/ training and retraining programs and follow up after-training assessment;
• Consider the costs of planned programs and balance per allocated budgets to ensure the best return on investment of any training or development program;
• Ensure logistics arrangement for in-house courses and implement/ analyze training evaluation;
• Follow individual development plans agreed by Line Managers;
• Follow up performance management system of the whole plant;
• Do other tasks assigned by superiors;

**General Affair
• Manage canteen
• Manage bus pickup for employees
• Manage quality of vendors' service: Cleaning service, Bonsai care, food supplier.
• Manage cost and complete payment vouchers of the HR
• Support employees with business travel
• Support: Welcome guests to visit the factory ( Bus, hotel, ….)
• Support foreign employees (visa, residence card, ...)
• Do other tasks assigned by superiors

Yêu cầu công việc

• Certificate: Bachelor's Degree in related fields as HR Management/ Economics
• Years of experience: Having at least 2 years experience in HR field
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Good English and Computer skills with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Have an insight in HR policies and Labor law.
• Prefer candidates who have passion with talent management/people development
