* Key objectives of HR recruiter:
- Run the recruitment process, hires new employees as required by line managers
- Be responsible for the execution of the recruitment process, including the internal recruitment process
- Builds networks across industries to build the strong network of cooperating contacts, agencies and ex-employees

* Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing and updating job descriptions
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (social media, Linkedin or other professional platforms)
- Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to line managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- DEVELOPS pool of internal and external talents
- Explores the new recruitment channels and gives recommendations to the management
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Monitors the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market movements
- Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process
- Together with Back office manager, act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Yêu cầu công việc

- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter
- Proven work experience in engineering firm or related field is an advantage
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgement
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant
field is an ad-vantage
- Interviewing Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Administration Skills
Work Location: Somerset Court, 11 Mac Dinh Chi, District 1, HCM
