1. Responsible for implementing recruitment plans and personnel training, ensuring quality as required and consistent with the strategy of company.
2. Direct handling issues related to human resources.
3. Handle and ensure that employees comply with policies, appropriate regulations and implement policies for employees.
4. In charge of orientation process and training.
5. Control the system of remuneration and benefits as well as disciplinary regulations in the group.
6. Supporting the departments in human resource management and co-ordinating as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees.
7. Co-ordinate with the heads of departments in the evaluation of the results and performance of employees, as a basis for orientation of employee development training.
8. Co-ordinate with other departments in the work related to the operation of the whole group when having a relationship on human resource management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in human resources management, law, business administration
- At least 02 years of experience working in an equivalent position
- Be proactive in work, have a high sense of responsibility.
- Good organizational skills, extensive work and good time management.
- Understand labor law, assertiveness, interview skills and candidate evaluation.
- Fluently in English
*Location: Copac Square, 12 Ton Dan street, District 4, HCMC
