- Develop and implement a suitable HR strategy for each year;
- Adjust and perfecting the company's recruitment process;
- Make a plan to recruit and develop new human resources quarterly/yearly or when the company needs it;
- Develop and implement human resource training plan, improve the quality of the company's existing personnel;
- Acting as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees; understand the thoughts and aspirations of the company's employees. Advise the Board of Directors to make decisions on personnel;
- Adjusting and perfecting the company's salary, bonus and welfare policy;
- Evaluate recruitment effectiveness, propose plans to improve recruitment efficiency and report to the Board of Directors;
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
- Nurturing a positive, dynamic and creative working environment;
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Gender: Female, Year of birth: 1995 ~ 1990
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive at least 5 years;
- Experience working as a Human Resources Manager in a foreign company;
- Good communication skills in English;
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics;
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
WORKING PLACE AND WORKING TIME
- Headquarters: Floor 2, 3, 4, 5, No.1 Alley 30, Nguyen Thi Dinh Street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City
- Monday ~ Friday, AM 08:00 ~ PM 17:00 or AM 09:00 ~ PM 18:00- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- 1 ~ 3 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping;
- Experience in accounting for foreign company is an advantage;
- Knowledge of Vietnam laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation;
- Be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines; well-organized, mature, careful and accurate;
- Good at English and MS Office.
