Responsibility
1.Complete the company's talent recruitment plan on time and with high quality, make good use of existing channels, actively expand new channels, and standardize and optimize the implementation of personnel recruitment, selection, evaluation, and employment;
2. Develop and implement training programs to promote the management of cadres and high potential talent team building;
3. Responsible for recruitment and talent market analysis, constructing industry talent map, including competitor information, directional talent discovery, focusing on solving R&D and sales recruitment issues;
4. Follow company's schedule to organize employees' performance evaluation and talent review
5. Establish effective working and communication relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, and provide guidance to human resources personnel
6. Other tasks arranged by the leader
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Educational background and major: Bachelor degree or above, unlimited majors;
2. Language ability: able to speak Chinese and English (not necessary);
3. Work experience: working for more than 5 years, including 3 years of department manager experience, the last job is more than 1,000 people in the manufacturing industry
4. Core professional skills: interpersonal communication skills, customer promotion knowledge, information intelligence collection, analysis and management
5. Other requirements: skilled use of Microsoft office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
