· Work with leaders and hiring managers across the organization to propose initiatives to improve talent acquisition programs, processes, creative pipeline building/sourcing strategies, and optimize the talent acquisition structure.
· Develop internal talent pool for recruitment requisition fill and meet the growing talent needs of organizations
· Be HR Business Partner also develops a power plan for the business in order to guarantee that resources are managed strategically. This is inclusive of developing a strategic approach to recruitment of key personnel
· Partnership with Division/ Department Heads to design and implement Manpower Planning for future
· Take ownership of the company Training plan and ensure effectiveness in service in consulting to customers and partners.
· Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
· Ensures internal communication smoothly to align with business objectives and values.
· Design talent and succession to align retention and pool developed.
Yêu cầu công việc
· Good at English communication
· University degree, preferable in Human Resources Management / Law / Business Administration
· 3-year experience in similar role with retail background is prefer
· Good at Interview and selection skills, leadership and management, communication, problem solving skills.
· The ability to work under challenging environment
