Organization
• Recommend solution of HR organization chart & department responsibilities.
• Lead & manage procedures & paperwork relating to offer letters, employment contracts & other required documents for employees.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization, Yearly planning and organizing team building, year-end party, health check.
Recruitment
• Plan and manage recruitment and select process
• Consistently recruiting exellent staff
• Maintain a smooth onboarding process
Compensation & Benefit
• Manage all compensation related issues, including working timesheet, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax and other requirements with relevant authorities.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Building policies and procedure
• Build up KPIs & performance appraisal system (Performance of departments & key persons). Implement & manage yearly performance review process for employees.
• Take part in guiding other departments to draft & recommend internal policies and procedures.
• Carry out necessary administrative duties & Nurture a positive working environment
• Conduct performance and wage review
• Review, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company’s operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention.
• Recommend HR budget & manage HR budget approved.
• Develop and implement HR strageties and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy as required for Managenment.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
•Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Training
• Build up orientation training program and other training courses for HR development.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

• Love start-up environment
• At least 5 years of experience in HR Manager
• Solid communication skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Good command of English
