BROAD FUNCTION OF JOB
The job holder is responsible for recruitment, management and development of the Human Resources of the Company in compliance with Vietnam laws/ regulations and the Company’s strategies/ policies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To manage HR Department to ensure that all the functions of the department (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Disciplines & Others) are carried out smoothly and efficiently;
2. To supervise and support HR Team to ensure that all the responsibilities of the department are fulfilled with satisfactory;
3. To propose necessary process/procedure/policy or any other management tools for improvement from time to time;
4. To solve any trouble/problem raised under department’s responsibilities;
5. To budget and control related cost of the department;
6. To deal with local authorities for related compliance issues and maintain a good relationships with them;
7. To undertake any other activities required of the post holder by the Company;

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor Degree with related major;
• At least 10-year experience in Human Resource in which at least 03-year experience in managerial position;
• Strong knowledge about Performance Management, Salary Structure, Succession Planning;
• Experience in working for MNC is favorable;
• Fluent in English for all skills: speaking, writing, listening & reading;
• Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• In-depth knowledge of related Laws and Regulations;
• Communicating & cooperating well with others;
• Being able to work independently while owning a strong teamwork spirit;
• Hard working & trustworthy;
• Being well-organized and able to solve problem efficiently;
• Owning strong management ability;
