- Management and operation of Human Resources department
* Manage all HR functions:
- Recommend solution of HR organization chart & department responsibilities
- Plan and manage recruitment
- Manage all compensation related issues, including working timesheet, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax and other requirements with relevant authorities
- Lead & manage procedures & paperwork relating to offer letters, employment contracts & other required documents for employees
- Build up KPIs & performance appraisal system (performance of departments & key persons). Implement & manage yearly performance review process for employees.
- Take part in guiding other departments to draft & recommend internal policies and procedures
- Review, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company’s operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention
- Recommend HR budget & manage HR budget approved
- Build up orientation training program and other training courses for HR development
- Yearly planning and organizing team building, year-end party, health check
- Reporting and execution, according to the Line Manager’s request.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Qualification: Bachelor
- Minimum of 8 years of Marketing experience.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing.
- Excellent leadership and team development.
- Good background in Digital, Marketing, Content, Brand...
- Strong on Adtech, Data as well as analytical, measurement and optimization tools
- Prioritise candidates with backgrounds in luxury goods industry.
- Good looking, proffesional.
