General Description
This position is responsible for supporting the HR department (L&D or HRBP) in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.
Specific Accountabilities
1. Learning & Development
• Tracking training attendance record, training documents
• Design learning posters to communicate the courses
• Assist L&D Manager in prepare the Training Room, Training Facilities, Training Documents
• Fulfill other tasks as assigned by L&D Manager
2. HRBP
• Assist with screening resumes and applications
• Coordinate interviews
• Collect and update HR database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
• Maintain payroll data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
• Proofread HR documents
• File HR documents
• Support HRBP in projects
Yêu cầu công việc
• A final-year or recent graduate student in university
• Experience with MS Office
• Good command in English Skills
• Organizational skills
• Having basic design skills (Canva or photoshop)
