Recruitment & Employer branding:
- In charge and manage the whole processes of recruitment as company demand
- Co-operate with line managers for JD editing
- Manage the job posting by different channels and candidate selection
- Organize the recruitment activities in Job fairs, Universities
- Co-operate with Marketing team for HR events, company events for employer branding
Training & Development:
- To be the main PIC for orientation training and company internal procedures/culture to all employees
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Assist for soft skill training with external trainers, evaluate training programs
- Support to create the career path with managers
- Co-operate with department managers to conduct and utilize the character testing
HRMS:
- Operate and manage the HRMS for HR related functions
- Manage the assess control system, attendant record by finger print and GPS
C&B:
- In charge for completed data base for month payroll, insurance, PIT
- Responsible for quarterly PIT for expatriates, annual PIT finalization for all Vietnamese, expatriates
- Manage all necessary procedures with outsourcing services for insurances procedures, 24 hour accident insurance, private health
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University in the related fields
- Have 2-3 years of experiences in similar positions in foreign companies
- Confidentiality awareness, self-motivated mind-set
- Active and eager to learn
- Good English abilities
- Well communication and interpersonal skills
