HR Executive (Salary up to USD 1,000 - Preferred Onboard ASAP Candidates)

1.C&B task (50%)
- Monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax, SI, HI, UI in accordance with company policies and current law.
- Make monthly/periodically internal payroll report/costing report, PIT report and other reports for HQ/relevant authorities
- Build and Implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs
- Manage staff database, labor contract; on-boarding and termination process
- Prepare the annual budget
2. Support Recruitment and Onboarding (25 %)
3. Other HR Operations tasks (25%)
- Support the HR Manager to prepare employee engagement activity, HQ projects
- Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Laws, Accounting, Foreign Language, Business Administration, Finance or Economics are preferred
• Experience in start-up environment, E-commerce, Insurance company is a plus
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in the same position, strong in C&B
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, PIT Law, Social Insurance Law and related regulations
Specific skills / abilities:
• Excellent computer skill, especially Microsoft excel, PowerPoint
• High responsibility, ability to meet deadline
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
