Mô tả công việc
- Handle monthly timesheet, record annual leave, overtime and day off in lieu.
- Calculate and ensure monthly payroll on time.
- Update and maintain HR database.
- Calculate and make finalization of Personal Income Tax for all employees (register PIT
code, Dependents,…)
- Declare monthly Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Un-employment Insurance.
- Declare No. of employee to Labor Dept.
- Update Labor Law, compensation and benefits policy.
- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager and Directors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management or related fields
- At least 3 years working experience in the same position
- Detailed, well-organized and able to independently to meet datelines
- Communication skills, spoken and written English
