  • Position Summary:
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in effectively partnering with manufacturing and in maintaining an effective control environment.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Calculate monthly payroll and salary payment for both local employees and expats
  • In charge of PIT calculation, declaration for both local employees and expats
  • Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting
  • Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures
  • Conducts salary surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
  • Prepares employee resignation decision and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind resignation
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR Manager
  • Reporting structure
  • The position will report directly to the HR Manager, General Manager

  • Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource management, Law, Administration plus 3 or more years of Human Resource management experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and abilities necessary to perform essential functions:
  • Advanced MS Office, especially Ms Excel
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good Verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to adapt to changes, and develop solutions through analytical, interpretative, evaluative, creative and innovative thinking
  • Driven, and with a “can-do” attitude
