• Monitor Annual leave, overtime working, timesheet and proceed payroll for employee;
• In charge of payroll and employee benefits;
• Follow up, monitor, and manage employees’ contracts and database in a timely manner with limited risks;
• Monthly insurance declaration and social insurance regime claim for staff: related works of SI, HI, UI, handle employee regime such as sickness, maternity, labor accident….
• Prepare and maintain employee data systems.
• Work with government department to perform all issues related Company or Employees
• Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
• Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
• Implement the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
• Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
• Implement the employee's termination process.
• Counseling employees as and when required.
• Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
• Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
• Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
• Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
• Organize training courses and update learning progress/results;
• Support to develop and organize company culture activities;
• Make relevant reports to the state agency;
• Perform contracts with collaborators + pay monthly fees
• Administrative support related to company activities + related expenses.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 2+ years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Analyst, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
• Working experience with the Human Resources Management software Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
• Outstanding knowledge Labour laws.
• Ability to work in a critical environment.
• Exceptional active listening skills.
• Good conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work as a part of a team.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Strong work ethics.
