  • Manage human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff, planning, monitoring, appraising and accumulating staff data, resolving problem.
  • Develops human resource operation financial strategies by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirement, trends and variances, developing action plans, measuring and analyzing result; initiating corrective actions, minimizing the impact of variances.
  • To keep all staff documents in safe place. Not to disclose staff personal information including salary/ bonus and any other business operation secrets of the company with colleagues.
  • To comply & update of ISO 9001 & 14001 documentation and maintain an adequate standards of (5S).
  • To implement, review, monitor and ensure all HR policies and processes are align with the company’s direction and labour laws.
  • To implement with Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and assist in KPI measurement
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
  • To plan and organize all company events including organizing and planning for meal/ refreshment for company in house training programmed.
  • To control, record & update all staff annual/ medical leave, attendance incentive, overtime, payroll, etc.
  • Supports management by providing human resource advise and decision; analyzing information and applications.
  • Guides employee action by researching, developing, writing and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
  • To implement labour contract and setting up email/ name card for new staff
  • Renewing work permit, residence card and business visa for expats.
  • To accountability & responsible for company on any/ all duties assigned to you
  • To perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge, Skill & Ability:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or relevant filed.
  • Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience working in the same role at an international organization.
  • Proficiency in both English & Vietnamese language
  • Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor code, personal income tax regulations, statutory insurance laws and their application work.
  • Self – motivated with ability to work minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill & client service skill
  • Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Have experience with any related HR software
  • Able to work independence as well in team.
