Recruitment
- Handle recruitment procedures for assigned positions
- To be responsible for the periodical recruitment targets
- Co-ordinate relevant Departments to complete documents and onboard procedures for new employees, send introduction email the new joiner to company staff

Staff information
- To get new staff information, key in into staff list report
- Update and maintain proper filing of staff profiles & HR documents

Supervise working schedule, overtime and leave form of employee. Coordinate with relevant Departments and staff to complete

Payroll
- Collect full information for payroll
- Prepare payroll calculation
- Get review and approval from Managers
- Prepare Payment order and Payment list of payroll
- Send pay slips to all staff
- Go to the bank to submit monthly payment documents

Social Insurance
- Register/ Reduce/ Adjust information of related staffs
- Prepare the monthly SHUI contribution
- Go to the bank to submit monthly payment documents to transfer to SI Office
- Prepare claim for payment from SI fund (if any)
- Prepare documents for SI book closing (if any)

Trade Union fee
- Prepare Payment order of Trade Union fee and get approval to transfer to Trade Union office
- Send the figure of Trade Union fee to Trade Union Committee

Prepare labour contract/ decisions Prepare Offer letter, labour contract, labour contract appendix for staff
PIT
- Prepare quarterly PIT report
- Prepare monthly invoice and relevant documents for employee PIT finalization
- Be in charge of registration/ decrease of dependent cases
Do reports and submit to Government agencies Ensure the reports are submitted on time

Health care
- Inform for increase/ decrease staffs
- Support staff for claim information/ form to the insurer, or contact with the insurer for necessary information

Learning and development
Support staff about the training course (internal/ external)
Team building: Coordinate with relevant Departments and staff to conduct team building/ events
Exit procedure: Prepare documents as exit procedures
Administration
- In charge of office stationary, hygienic and safety
- Support expat staff in leasing houses/apartments; apply documents for visa/residence card/Work Permit…
- Book flight/ accommodation for business trip of the Managers
- Perform other duties as assigned by HR Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor in Human resources management/ Business administration/ Law/ Accounting
- Good knowledge of current Vietnamese Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, PIT
- Able to conduct reports, analyze and summarize data
- Detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines
- A good team player
- Able to communicate well with all levels of people
- Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word)
- Good written and spoken English
- Preferable for working in financial industry (Fintech technology), IT service industry
