HR Assistant Manager

- Responsible for the company’s payroll, prepare and analyze management reports and external surveys.
- Establish a harmonious employer and employee relations through effective people management (communication, counseling and feedback).
- Participate in establishing and administration of compensation and benefits in accordance to company’s policies and Vietnamese law.
- Responsible for accurate and timely payroll management, social and health insurance and employee income tax administration.
- Maintain and update employee database and leave management.
- Establish, translate and maintain company’s HR policies and procedures according to manpower laws and regulations.
- Handle training function and administration, recruitment and selection.
- Involve in recreation committee and employee welfare.
- Liaison with external officials on manpower issues.
- Involve in any HR related matters as and when required by operational needs.
- Lead, motivate and develop HR team to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure that cleanliness and general well-being of the company is upkeep.
- Involve in general affairs matters as and when required by operational needs.
- Enforce safety and housekeeping in work area.
- Overlook security management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree/ Professional Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English (CV must be in English language only)
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is a must for this position.
- Preferably Leader specialized in Human Resources.
