• Recruitment: Job posting; Resume searching and collecting; Interview arrangement; Talent pool updating;
• Maintain employee database (hardcopies), ensuring all data are kept with highest confidentiality, updated accurately on timely basis by punctually updating of employee data (including leave, absence, changes of data).
• Payroll: Supporting for timesheet; Attendant records; etc.
• Hotel booking/ trip arrangement.
• Assisting expatriate to prepare all the documents for work permit and residence card.
• Tracking and purchasing stationery, alternative materials for office
• Work with government authorities/ lawyer to apply for business license for showroom/ office and other related documents.
• Support to organize company’s activity
• Perform ad hoc tasks when necessary and upon assignment.
• Other related tasks as advised by Manager

• Experience in Admin & HR is a plus.
• Passionate in HR- Admin Development.
• Capable & energetic member
• Able to do multi task.
• Good listener and learn quickly.
• Can work under pressure and short deadline.
• Good communication.
• Proactive, self-organized and know how to prioritize
• Can-do & positive attitude, careful, organized mind, team work.
