Administration (70%)

  • Answer and direct phone calls; guest welcoming
  • Manage domestic and oversea courier and daily letter delivery in office;
  • Mange company stamp
  • Order, search and monitor administration suppliers such as mineral water, stationery, car fleet, taxi booking, etc.;
  • Maintain administrative filing system;
  • Submit office expense payments/ reports;
  • Assist in organizing company activities and events in cooperation with Administration and HR team;
  • Support staff & guests on their issues related to work such as payment request, hotel & air ticket booking, etc.;

HR (30%)

  • Assist in organizing company activities and events in cooperation with Administration and HR team;
  • Complete monthly timekeeping
  • Support in recruitment activities such as screening CVs, interview telephone, scheduling interview and support onboard process for newcomers.
  • Support to handling with Expats issues such as Visa, Work permit, TRC.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • College/ university graduate in relevant field;
  • At least 1-year working experience in administration in foreign company is a priority;
  • Strong problem solving, collaboration, multi-tasking and customer service skills;
  • Hard working, proactive and team work spirit;
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills;
  • Good command of English and MS Office.
  • Working schedule: From Monday to Saturday morning
