1. Main job
1.1 Follows up attendant record for workers
1.2 Labor Contract preparation for workers
1.3 Monthly payroll and payslip preparation
1.4 Follow up insurance (SI, HI, UI) for staffs
1.5 Follow up and update the worker list as Annoucement
1.6 Follow up resignation cases and settle final payment
1.7 Support HRM for documentation for internal audit
1.8 Support Managers for required docs that relating to workers
1.9 Disciplicary documentation preparing according to Manager's instruction
2.0 Suport HRM for all of worker's benefits( annual health check, annual picnic, year end party)
2.1 Prepare Overtime list for payroll calculation
2. Suport ADM Jobs
2.1 Company Car rental contract
2.2 ADM Office Contract
2.3 Office Fitting and Decoration
2.4 Follow up office rental situation ( including SGN, HAN., HPH)
2.5 Generally control and follow up ADM job ( security contract, stationary contract)
Yêu cầu công việc
○ Positive & hard-working
○ Self-started, customer oriented person
○ Good communication skills in English
○ Female applier is preferred
○ University degree
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communications, time management and decision making skills
- Dynamic, professional, willing to learn, detail-oriented
- Professional use of relevant computer
- Honest, trustworthy, flexible and hardworking
- Good at MS office, MS outlook
- 2-3 years of experience at least in the same position
