• Managing CL business for each field of bonded-VMI, e-commerce fulfillment, chill-hub and coming project
• Manage all operations functions to ensure that all departments and staff execute service agreements at, or above the customer’s requirements.
• Ensure that Bonded Contract Logistics' annual P&L budget is met or exceeded for each individual contract.
• Drive the renewal and organic growth of all Contract Logistics business.
• Manages and drives the long-term strategy for CL in Vietnam.
• Develop new business, sign off on the solution, and take full ownership for the implementation.
• Develop a strong talent pipeline through the development of staff.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies/guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Supports the country’s long-term plan towards Business Process Excellence, including continuous improvement against customer KPIs, LEAN, HSE, and site Classification Assessment.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Education & Qualifications: Bachelor degree, preferably Master Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management and/or Business Administration
Experience:
• Logistics operations (warehouse & transport)
• Management experience on large scale
• Experience in Operations Excellence
Specialist Knowledge & Skills: Good analytical skills
Interpersonal & Communication Skills:
• English proficiency (verbal and written)
• Aptitude to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
• Aptitude to select and recruit capable managers and key team leaders.
• Strong Leadership skills in driving and developing a large team.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers. Management, employees and vendors.
