Responsible for BD activities follow the Standard BD Process & achieve KPIs:

  • Outdoor Sales, client servicing & Marketing
  • Generate New Business
  • Initiate partnerships with new accounts and actively managing existing relationships.
  • Work closely with the partners to understand their pain points, and adequately explain pick up features and benefits to their needs to help promote sales.
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with merchants and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same.
  • Conduct promotional events/marketing activities to develop new contacts and increase the user base.
  • Sustaining and growing the relationships which translate to a growth in revenue for the city.
  • Streamline as well as adhere to processes and systems and provide inputs to senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
  • Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.
  • Meet your monthly revenue targets and close new business deals by coordinating the requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating partner needs with business operations.
  • Should be able to handle potential clients when on the field as the first in command.
  • Keep partner satisfaction at the core of every touch point with the partner.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals
  • Attention to detail and ability to critically think through and resolve problems
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Fresh Graduated or 1 year experience related to Commercial Trade, Logistics, e-Logistics...
  • Have basic Logistics and e-Logistics Knowledge is a great advantage
  • Computer skill (office).
  • Honest & careful
  • Problem/solving skill
  • Working under high pressure
  • Good voice, easily heard
  • University degree.
