Job Descriptions:

1. Contract & Legal docs of Company
- Draft and revise contracts, agreements;
- Review and draft company in-house legal documents/Forms;
- Manage and submit documents of application, amendment to the competent authorities;
2. Legal Update and Advice
- Keep abreast with updates in Vietnam Laws;
- Perform advice related to issues including advertising, labor, intellectual property, etc. as prescribed in law.
3. Information Security Management
- Apply information security management (ISM) for all staffs, suppliers and Clients;
- Train staffs about the ISM process;
- Prepare and perform jobs related to the ISM process when being assigned.
4. Other duties
- Translate contracts, agreement and other document;
- Develop internal regulation & process system.

- Allowance: 2.000.000 – 4.000.000 gross/month;
