Key Responsibilities

* Cost Management and Contract Management

1. Cost Management: Collaborate on project budgeting, prepare profit and loss management tables, track execution volume, plan materials, evaluate performance against contracts, calculate incurred value, negotiate with stakeholders, handle payment/finalization documents.

2. Contract Management: Responsibilities also include drafting contracts, creating templates, amending procedures, advising on contracts, negotiating terms, identifying legal risks, analyzing project reports, and resolving site problems.

* Legal for Business

1. License Management: Manage registration dossiers, apply for licenses/registrations, prepare official letters, and handle legal procedures as directed.

2. Legal Consultant: Ensure transaction legality, advise on legal risks, monitor project procedures, and provide legal support to sales and other departments. Additionally,review, check, and consult with the HR department on labor contracts and other recruitment-related forms for HR management.

*Other
Other responsibilities include reviewing and updating company's charter, labor regulations, and internal processes, coordinating with departments to develop internal regulations, consulting with the Board of Directors and relevant departments to resolve issues, participating in assigned legal activities, and maintaining a library of laws for the Board of Directors and relevant personnel

Yêu cầu công việc

- Foreign Language & Computer Skills
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
▪ Fluent in English communication skills (writing and speaking)
- Skill and Knowledge Requirement
▪ At least 2 year experience.
▪ Financial management and good calculations.
▪ Communication skills and negotiation.
▪ Drafting and design contracting skills.
▪ Good knowledge or experience of construction field is preferred.
▪ Ability to work independently and take initiative.
▪ Ability to present business ideas in friendly language.
▪ Ability to persuade and influence others.
▪ Problem sensitivity - recognizing there is a problem and problem solving skill.
▪ Persuasive, active listening, good communication and building business relationships.
▪ Dynamic, Creative and ability to work under pressure.
